Who We Are:
NyX Grrls, we are all female gaming clan who love to game mostly on Xbox LIVE! We tend to share common interests, break stereotypes, and generally kick a little ass. Honestly, the NyX Grrls are just looking to carve out a little piece in the world of gaming and have fun while doing it.
Where did we get this name you ask?
In Greek mythology NYX was the goddess of night and the daughter of Chaos. She was one of the first born elemental gods which made her very old, mysterious and, powerful. Even Zeus (King of the gods) feared angering her.
NYX is often shown riding in a chariot with trailing stars and a veil of dark mist. She pulls the mist from the underworld which blots out the light. So, naturally we were drawn to Nyx!
